ADVERTISING SERIES commissioned by Giulio Cocchi Spumanti, leading wine producers since 1891
Giulio Cocchi Spumanti, leading wine producer since 1891, commissioned me 18 illustrations featuring the best cocktails for their products, so called “with their products”perfect serves”. To capture their vintage elegance and artisanal care for detail, I created retrò posters combining backgrounds in bold brand-colors with nuanced pastel & watercolor drinks. I quoted Futurism, the artistic movement in the epoch of Cocchi’s splendor, by making company logo and product name bounce in the glass like ingredients pouring from a shaker. The company printed my illustrations as posters and postcards to be used during international events and wine fairs.
